Privacy & Sample Requests

Information and purpose

We collect your name, work email, company or laboratory, tasks or data of interest, and optional requirements. We also record the request reference, submission time, page language and request-specific contact consent to save, locate and handle your request.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a protected database provided through Sites hosting. This website has no visitor endpoint for reading requests and does not publish them. To handle your inquiry, submitted information may be sent through an email service to the Nintran owner. No automated marketing emails or subscriptions are created for applicants. The owner reviews records through protected Sites database tools.

Corrections, withdrawal and deletion requests

To request correction, withdraw permission to contact you about this request, or request deletion, use our Contact Email: alex.hu@nintran.com and include the original reference. These requests require manual review and do not automatically delete records. The site owner should periodically review completed requests and remove information no longer needed.

Analytics and samples

This site currently uses no advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics. A first-party language preference cookie remembers your language choice. A saved request does not mean a sample has been sent; sample scope and license terms require separate confirmation.
